In our product descriptions, we usually list the minimum order quantity for each product. If a customer wishes to order less than the minimum order quantity, we will be happy to collect the relevant information and provide feedback as soon as possible in order to fulfill the customer's order.

Generally, the sampling fee is included in the quotation of the product. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the first sampling and needs a second sampling, a separate fee will be charged according to the actual situation.

Normally, when the then Gift Agent receives an order or product enquiry from a customer, it will reply and provide a quotation on the same day or the next day. If a customer does not receive a reply after two business days, it may be due to the following reasons:

Too many products inquired;

The enquiry is too complicated;

The customer has not provided a contact phone number or e-mail information.

The main difference between monochrome and color printing is the number of ink colors used. Monochrome printing usually uses only one color of ink, whereas color printing requires the use of multiple colors of ink in the printing process to mix the desired colors. As a result, monochrome printing is relatively inexpensive to produce, while color printing allows for more color layers, higher resolution images, and more subtle gradations, but at a higher cost.

Our delivery time will be calculated from the date of receiving the payment and the confirmation of the design file, which is usually about 3-4 weeks (the exact time varies according to the product and the order quantity).

If the product has obvious quality problems (not caused by human factors) or safety hazards, customers can contact our customer service staff within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will arrange to return the product to the factory for adjustment or return it directly.

How do I make a payment?

Typically, we send electronic versions of invoices before we ship large quantities of goods. However, if a government agency or other specific entity requires an original invoice, we will mail you the original invoice as soon as full payment has been made.
